Vocabulary for IELTS - Tips to understand the sujbect areas of your IELTS Exam - General Module and Academic Module in 2023

 

Topics and Vocabulary frequently used in IELTS exams.

After years of researching the IELTS exam patterns, we have identified the following subject areas that IELTS exam really wants to test the students on:

If you are currently following IELTS at KU Education-Jaffna, you can ask your lecturer for assistance in developing vocabulary in this area ( You can be given access to our online study portal to download IELTS vocabulary list - later discuss with your lecturer to understand the context). 

Memorizing IELTS Vocabulary and Synonyms

Please note that by just memorizing synonyms and high-quality words without a proper understanding of their context, you cannot use them right in your exam and improper use of words will cause adverse effects on your exam scores.
